    I reached out to Chris when I learned of a potential opportunity to purchase a vineyard home property in Santa Ynez Valley. Chris served as listing agent for selling my St. Helena home and also as a consulting agent in the purchase of the SYV home. Chris jumped in immediately to give an exceptional above and beyond effort to get the St. Helena home on the market as fast and as tastefully styled as possible. Her vast knowledge of design, market analysis, contractors, financial options, building codes, legal issues etc. was invaluable and her work ethic extraordinary.     Chris is by far the most professional, knowledgeable, and responsive realtor I have ever encountered. And I have worked with many realtors in the course of buying and selling seven homes. My husband and I wanted to build a home in the rural mountains of Healdsburg in Sonoma County. Neither one of us had any experience in buying land nor did we know how to begin to understand what was required with a well on the property, a proposed septic system, all county permits, fire regulations, and an active HOA. On top of all that we considered a prefab built modular home that needed a crane to place a house at the top of a large hill. Chris went above and beyond to help us learn each step and kept us on track with many moving parts. What’s most exceptional is that Chris put in as much time and effort into our small plot of land as I’m sure she does with clients buying the most sought after homes. We can’t thank Chris enough for helping our dream become a reality!!
